Lol yeah, they look so similar i was playing the ambush level, when he hits the car get a good look at his face :o
So in GTA IV we will play as a terrorist in NEW YORK. Talk about contrversy for Rockstar...lol...
That's what Iimmediately thought when I saw him first in the COD4 trailer. I believe the reason is that the developers both based the character's appearance from ''Behind Enemy Lines''

I noticed the similarities too...but Nikolai (from COD4) has the same voice as Niko (from GTA4)
