All games with an in-engine cutscenes all seem to fit on a DVD.Only Blue Dragon, Lost Odessey needed multiple disks......because they had CG in them.FF13 will have CG on one disk. I love Final Fantasies cutscenes. CGI isnt necessary, but they are beautiful and enhance the game IMO. And they will always look better than in game cutscenes so they will always be a +the purpose of console bluray = CG cutsc ...
MGS cut scenes are in-engine.
MGS4 doesn't have any CG at all.

I love CG cut scenes as well, Blu Ray is for me then :D
CGI can look great, and there are other benefits to Blu-Ray in terms of gaming.
blu ray works well for the games them selfs. not just cut sences . it lets us have uncompressed textures
