A game that disapointed me in EVERY single way possible would be This game was just bad in a good way but in bad ways too. This is like a game from the snes era in all forms of pure JRPG. That dosent work nowadays. I opened up my cold, jaded, black, hateful heart to it and it let me down hard. The game play was slow as a turtleThe Enviroments were huge but when you move as fast as a snail that gets annoying.The enemys were all ripped off of Dragon quest monesterThe Story was about as great as a childrens book for 2 years olds and Im not talking about Dr. Seuss The character's were bland and BORING. I really wished they went with the manga chracter's and story

Pro Evo 2008. I'm a huge Pro Evo fan but this one was crap.

Assassins Creed. Other than that I try to pick out really good games.

There's also been mild disappointments (San Andreas, Gears etc.), but none on the level of the above.
Halo2. Aside from adding online play this game was a massive step backwards from the first in absolutely every regard to gameplay, balance, story, feel, ect. Playing the Halo:CE campaign probably 100+ times and multiplayer LAN every weekend for 3 years..... you can see the dissapointment I felt after anticipating the sequel for so long.
Elder Scrolls Oblvion. My first WRPG. :? I'll stick to JRPGs after that

Assassin's Creed, don't think anyone that reviewed it played all the way through, the first hour is the best, then it's downhill the whole way. Good story, but the gameplay was a major letdown.
